No Power can be caused by multiple issues with your device from as simple as fuses in your plug to more extreme cases as your motherboard. Problems that can contribute could be your power supply unit or even a shorting component in your device causing the machine to have no power.

Powers on but no display can be caused by multiple issues also ranging from motherboard, video cards, RAM(memory), CPU Issues. They can be hard to figure out on what is the cause. So, we isolate each component of your device to find out what is the cause. Once we have found the cause of the issue. We can talk to you, we can go over the costs of repairs with some advice and you can let us know how to proceed.

No bootable device is usually the hard drive in your device has become faulty or the files on it are not reading properly, it could also be which-ever media you boot from such as the SSD, HDD, or newer based SSD’s in the M.2 Format Sata or Nvme. We can test your hardware and if it passes, we will move onto software to find out why this error message is displaying when your turn your device on.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) are caused by either failing hardware or improperly configured software. Any physical part in your device that starts to fail can cause these bluescreen on windows. Also, malware such as viruses, spyware, adware, trojans can cause these issues too. Badly designed software, drivers and especially windows updates can contribute to this issue too.  We can professionally diagnose these issues and come back to you with a repair price.

Overheating can cause all sorts of issues with your device from slowing down to turning off, rebooting or even a burning smell. Most of the time it is the accumulation of dust on components: mainly your CPU cooling fan or Graphics Card cooling fan. It can accumulate in your system fan also which in turn will not be able to provide the required cooling in your machine to operate properly. Clogged fans can make components run at a slower speed, so they do not produce as much heat. On some machines you may notice the computer going a lot slower if fans are clogged. Also, most cooling systems in a device have a heatsink on the component it is trying to cool down, the heatsink usually has a fan connecting to it. The fan is used to cool down the heatsink that has drawn in heat from the component. But between the component and heatsink is a critical paste called thermal paste. Without it, components cannot transfer heat way from themselves sufficiently to cool down. Sometimes there is not enough thermal paste, it has become solid or it has never been applied. We can professionally diagnose these issues and come back to you with a repair price.

Malware such as popups and viruses can cause havoc on your devices. From popups when using your computer to even more evil purposes of stealing your credentials, banking, social media accounts and your personal files. Having an up-to-date antivirus is a must for any device. Also, security updates in the form of Windows update, Apple software updates, for your phone/tablet security updates is a must to block the potential of getting infected with malware. Malware can be removed safely from mots devices so your computer will be back the same way it was, but it was infected. In some cases, if the infection has been too severe a machine needs to be wiped and the operating system (e.g., Windows) would need to be re-installed. Your data if accessible would be backed up beforehand and restored after the operating system is installed. We can professionally diagnose these issues and come back to you with a repair price.

Network Issues can be frustrating. You are using your device to browser your favourite websites. Suddenly you get “This page cannot be displayed” or “no internet available”. First thing is to make sure other devices in the household or office. If they are working at least you know the internet is going to your broadband modem. If it does not work. You will need to call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) they may have to send a technician out or even help over the phone to get it working like before. If your other devices are working, it can be a multitude of problems on why your device has stopped accessing the internet. From just needing to be connected again, rebooting all your devices and broadband modem. Or your device needs to be reconfigured manually to access the broadband modem. You may have issues with firewall or one off your devices has become faulty. As we have said before it can be a multitude of problems causing loss of internet which is very frustrating, it usually happens when you need your device most. We can professionally diagnose these issues and come back to you with a repair price in the quickest possible way.
